COVID-19 has affected community development programmes. According to recent council minutes The Acting Director of Housing and Community Services, Mrs Lizzy Muchena said the last quarter of 2020 was depressed as no community programmes took place because of the lockdown. There is slight improvement at the moment as the lockdown restrictions are being relaxed.
