Junior Councillors leading by example

Harare City Junior Council has held a clean-up campaign in the Central Business District. The clean-up campaign is part of junior councillors efforts to ensure communities live in a clean environment. Junior Town Clerk Panashe Pazorora encouraged residents to assist council in creating a clean and health environment. "We encourage all citizens of Zimbabwe not to litter everywhere but make use of dustbins". She said keeping the city clean should be an everyday thing. Thabo Masuku, Harare City junior treasurer said the Junior Council was keen to see Harare reclaiming its Sunshine City status.
